Launching a network with 100,000 international venues presented a monumental data management and marketing challenge. A robust, scalable process was needed from day one.
Process-Driven Execution
- Team Leadership: Led and coordinated a 15-member data and marketing execution team, ensuring alignment and efficiency throughout the fast-paced launch.
- Database Process Design: Designed and implemented the core database-driven process for the Cvent Supplier Network, ensuring data integrity and streamlining international data management.
- Informed Strategy: Developed and managed a comprehensive competitor intelligence analysis (CIA) to inform digital marketing strategies, optimizing PPC and email campaigns for maximum ROI.
