Injecting Intelligence into the Core
- Foundation of Insight: My first transformative act was leading the integration of Google Analytics across all multilingual platform websites. This provided the first-ever data-driven view of the user journey.
- Process Intelligence PoC: I spearheaded a proof of concept using a Business Process Management (BPM) platform to digitize and streamline key workflows. This directly targeted and resolved known inefficiencies.
- Activating the Data: With new insights from analytics, I conceptualized and executed targeted Google Ads campaigns that were finely tuned to user behavior, turning data into a direct revenue driver.
