Aura Lifestyle's marketing treated all visitors the same. This resulted in users seeing irrelevant products, ads that didn't resonate, and a disconnected experience that led to a 75% cart abandonment rate.
Predicting Intent and Personalizing in Real-Time
- Predictive Audience Segmentation: Moving beyond basic demographics, I used models within Google's AI Platform to analyze behavioral data and predict user intent. This allowed us to segment audiences into clusters like "high-intent buyers," "bargain hunters," and "browsers."
- Dynamic Creative & Content: We connected these AI segments to a Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) platform. This meant users were automatically shown ad copy and product images that matched their predicted intent, both on and off-site.
- AI-Powered SEO for Conversion: We used Frase.io to analyze the top-ranking content for high-value keywords. The AI provided an outline to create landing page content that perfectly matched search intent, dramatically improving organic traffic conversion.
